The "TTC-400 model" is a coater that coats only the top surfaces of products such as donuts, Danish pastries, éclairs, and cream puffs with chocolate. Made entirely of stainless steel, it is very hygienic. The rope conveyor is designed to completely scrape, preventing chocolate from adhering to the bottom of the products. Additionally, the conveyor system can be easily separated.
